It tells me that there are mechanics about STO which severely need overhauled, and that you tend to get paired with the lower end of the DPS spectrum. The only problem I see in having the shipyards functional as suggested, is that it would become very crowded there. What with the massive amount of people AFK in Sol at any time, this would become something of a hassle to use. I just finished a Cure Found Elite with a set up based on yours. Tactically it is identical save having 2x APO instead of APB. Honestly, it seems to have about the same 1target DPS as the one I had before. Though obviously multi-target was much higher. Opinion?

I'm not questioning its effectiveness, just wondering about it. I have APO on my current build to negate tractors and the like. Also, I do occasionally go into Ker'rat.

Looks interesting. I dont need 2x Tactical Team, as I have 2 purple doffs for it. Also, only CSV? I understand tandem APB also, but not having APO will be a detriment in STFs will it not?

IMHO the only real problem with Arc is that it isn't Steam. I have both at the moment, and I can honestly say that from what I've seen Steam is more of a resource hog than Arc is.
