Bear in mind that the Consoles that come with the T5 Admiral level ships can't be used with any ship except the one they come on. You can't put the Destabilised Torp console on anything except other T'varo class ships for example.

Nope. The Mogai doesn't need or suit a carrier. If you wanted a Carrier from the existing Stock, shove it in the D'deridex that already turns like one. I suspect however that a $50 3 Pack containing Scimitar variants will fill the Rom Carrier role. And i'll buy it. Carrier or not.
