I haven't been getting my monthly zen either for about a year. It use to show up in the wallet/zen purchase but then it stopped. I've also noticed that I've got no Zen in game unless I purchased it.

I agree... I was going to say that originally but I figured I'd get blasted for saying it. I think fixing a lot of the bugs on a weekly basis, adding small changes that players request and revamping the obvious things that suck would go a very long way. I noticed as a subscriber that the "1 Billion Credit" upgrade is unavailable and shows as already purchased. At least it does for me. I just hope that if I ever had another subscription problem, that it stays as purchased and I don't lose all my credits again.

What's even better... during that last "unexpected" server crash a few weeks ago, the 2 days following both had "unexpected emergency maintenance" done with no noticed. Waste of a night, try waste of a day! I've been TRIBBLE around with this and waiting since 4:30 pm EST, now it's 9:pm. This is becoming a weekly event with this game. Wasn't the LAST 3 "emergency maintenance" updates suppose to kept this kind of thing from exactly happening?!

Almost every cable/phone company will discount your bill if you take the time to complain about an outage. It may be a nice flat rate or a small pro-rate but it covers the cost of your PAID downtime.
