Same here. I've looked in every category on several of my characters. I can't even find the store reclaim on the character that I bought the bundle on.

That may be true, but persistence is key. It's easy to forget about fixing it if the community gives up on it too.

I've been having the same issue.

I had to un-install and then re-install the game to get past that screen. But now during a fight with the first Harbinger in "Blood of Ancients" the client has stopped responding again. UPDATE: Launching the game in Safe Mode gets me past the Iconian War loading screen, but I haven't found any other ways.

In these quiet times, choosing a fleet that is right for you is very important. Some people may like the large 300 plus member fleets, and that's fine. What is it that you look for in a fleet? Do you look for a fleet where you member 385 out of 490, where your there to work for the fleet? Where you have to donate this amount over that much time to stay in? Where you're rank in the fleet depends on one person's will? I was in one of those fleets when I first started…

I'm having the same issue with my Fleet Long Range Science Vessel Retrofit. If it upgrade the ship with the Ablative Generator on the ship, it disappears from my inventory altogether. I think it was a problem on my end. I took the computer to get serviced because it was telling me I had no NVIDIA graphics card. I was given a loaner computer while they worked on mine, and I can access Risa from this computer. Sorry to take up your time on this and thank you for responding :)

My game crashes every time I try to load Risa. I was able to beam down to Risa the day the summer event went live. I left that toon there when I logged off that night. I personally don't mind using Arc to log into the game. It isn't my first choice, but I was okay with it. I am not okay with the new Arc website. I liked the old website much more.
