Iconian War Load Screen Crash

Earlier today I was able to log in after verifying the files. But the game was extremely laggy, so much so that NPCs spoke gibberish and the music was sped up. I was able to get through the Blood of the Ancients mission with great effort. But I decided to relog to see if somehow the lag would subside a little.

But now I cant even get passed the Iconian War Loading Screen. The Game Client just stops responding.


Ive tried to get in close to a dozen times now. And have no clue how to proceed.

    I had to un-install and then re-install the game to get past that screen.

    But now during a fight with the first Harbinger in "Blood of Ancients" the client has stopped responding again.

    UPDATE: Launching the game in Safe Mode gets me past the Iconian War loading screen, but I haven't found any other ways.

    I have exactly the same problem only none of your two suggestions work - re-installing or safe mode. I've had no problems in the past, it is just this latest patch that has done this. WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Just the Cryptic Logo staring at me.

    Tried changing DNS, tried Safe Mode, had it check all the files, no difference. Is the Patch Server all right?
