that's incorrect though, purchasing the scourge doesn't get me a fleet module discount. the only KDF ships to get a fleet discount are the Varanus, Kar'fi and B'rel http://sto.gamepedia.com/Fleet_Ship_Module i'd understand if the scourge had unique parts,but all you could theoretically change on the ships exterior is its…
