I wish I could select multiple options. These packs are WAY expensive anymore, and completely unreasonable for cost. Second, with the sheer amount of ships that are currently available, short of some gimmick console, there really isn't much of a difference between them, and often times the gimmicks really aren't worth even…
With the Klingon Bat'leth as well, is there any work being done on the Klingon Recruit achievement to "upgrade to at least Mk XIV?" When using the ultimate upgrade on it, straight to Mk XV and Epic, it doesn't count that achievement as completed.
Exactly! there are still literally thousands of people floating in space grinding where no man has ground before. "The only time this much grinding should be allowed is a strip club." -Riker if he ever were to play STO
Some of the mission parts make sense, such as the rejected Alpha Jem'Hadar, as well as the remnants of the Beta Jem'Hadar. It stands to reason how we could be weeding out remnants of the DS9 incidents. However on that note, a few of the missions should be taken out and/or replaced with new ones. Take Cage of Fire for…
I'll just say the entire Nimbus strain were annoying. It seems like we were required to insert the federation ideals where the federation aught not be involved, another government which isn't involved with the Federation: attempting to be the galaxies police much? After that, I'd say Colosseum was my least favorite. Too…
For the record, Data did gain control command of the Enterprise - E after Riker got the Titan and Picard went off to be an Ambassador for the Federation. Also, if you buy a lifetime membership or subscribe for 1000 days, you get an Android Bridge officer. The mechanics are in game, however it's extremely limited.
Eject someone for getting destroyed... That's probably one of the most bigotry remarks that I've read on the forums. As it stands, considering average builds for the playerbase, players are having a hard enough time completing queues WITH 5 people. Remove one of those players, and the probability of succeeding at the queue…
Little to no cost involved??? Quite the opposite. With the talk about making 200+ person instances for Ker'rat, the amount of programing that would take, creation of the map and mission objectives would be astronomical. Who would do that? Developers. the devs are already full trying to fix Holodeck as it stands, and that…
I have to agree with this. It is a royal pain in the asal to grind up so much to gain so little. We are contributing so much more, from so many more players than the lower tier fleets, and it should scale to accordingly to the amount of stuff contributed, you know. make it worth my time and resources.
How about less BFAW spam and making ship classes actually effective again? It used to be in this game where there were strict lines between Escort, Cruiser and Science ships. Until (I want to say) Season 6, you couldn't tank with an escort (as it should be) and they were designed for damage output, Cruisers couldn't do the…
Keep in mind that it doesn't matter if any other characters on your account have leveled R&D. Once you get one character leveled, EVERYTHING made on that is at least bound to account, or even not bound at all. you can move everything where you wish with no issues.
Wait.... I thought this was the mirror universe! No exploration, no diplomacy. roll in with shields full, and phasers blazing and blowing every living thing to hell and not thinking twice about that.
well I didn't say anything about customer service, it's all around crappy. That should be a focus for them. If this is like any major corporation, Cryptic (owned by PW) and PW itself get all the profit, and the studios here get a cut of that and the Chinese overlords get the rest.
Oh there is much more story to come. It tends to be Cryptic's general MO. We'll probably be seeing a feature episode or two coming in the near future, and if they follow their trends, it is going to be AWESOME. You may have 'finished' the story but you didn't finish the story, since the rest is still unwritten!
I've played the game for about 2 and a half years now, and I've spent a good deal on the game (more than I'd be willing to admit) and in my opinion as an avid supporter for the game and a businessman, it's a matter of how they run the game. If they keep on this current trend, the game will crash hard. Though if they clean…
Keep in mind that the mobulai and Jem'Hadar ships are both half the size that of the defiant class. That's not about designation. And the Aquarius is a tantamount size as well
Yes to the frigate pets for Feds, no to your suggestions. The defiant, and phantom classes are not frigate ships, they are much larger. A fed frigate is actually the Miranda class.
The Star Trek Battles channel is not intended for low DPS, however that's what happens with many of their builds. a build according to their standards can easily hit 15-20k DPS, and will cause AFK incidents behind the right players. Many of the people involved have no idea how to make a canon build, hence the reputation of…
