+1 To this, trying to login from Switzerland and keep getting the error "Unable to Authenticate, Connection to the account server timed out" Out of interest are the other swiss users on Swisscom? Couldnt log in 12 hours ago with the same error, and now the same error persists. Bites as its a public holiday tomorrow.

So, if I am understanding this thread correct, as a KDF player I want nothing but Nausicaan BOFF's to stack the piracy skill? Maybe a Liberated Borg or Lethean BOFF to add 1 or two stack of Efficient? Seems kinda sad not to have a use for all the other races when in Space.
