• In regards to question 2, right click the launcher icon on your desktop and pick 'pin to start'. That will put a tile for the launcher on the Win 8 start screen.

• I was in the game trying to start a Foundry mission and it kept timing out with an dynamic patch - idle too long error. Looked on the forum where someone said to try quitting the game and restarting it. Now I can't log in.
