Then what business is this of yours? You might not, but I get the feeling that's just your attitude. I took some time to read back over every post you've made in this thread, and not once have you posted something unargumentative. It's as if you came here looking to be an issue where there's already an issue. In fact, I…
I have to ask—davefenestrator, are you going out of your way to be a shill? I can't understand why people who aren't affected by this seem to wander into the discussion just to be difficult.
This week was really looking up with the announcement of T6 flagships up until five minutes ago when a fellow player named Somak@imperatorpaveli made me aware of this thread. Last year I took money out of my pocket—mind you, before this arbitrary October date—to buy a Lifetime Subscription after pumping hundreds into the…
So now what? Two weeks after the fact, I'm in and I've missed out on everything offered to Windows players. Any chance at restitution? I'd like to believe my lifetime subscription amounts to at least a little something at this point.
I think I might've been misunderstood. I'm not really sure how any of what was posted relates to my original point. I was talking about––forgive me for essentially retyping my original post, but it seems to have not been clear enough––how NPCs in cut scenes are running around for no real reason, sometimes even in slow…
The R.R.W. Cretak has shown up in every Romulan related PvE I've been in for the last two days. Essentially, any D'Deridex-class is the R.R.W. Cretak now, at least for me.
Welp... after the patch I made it to the boss, only to have it crash again. So, I'm going to verify files now and see if anything changes. Update: No, it's still not working.
It's simultaneously affirming and depressing when I go to see if someone's already written about a bug I'm experiencing. So yeah, it's happening here as well.
Will Mac users be able to enter the Club? http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=1251731 http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=1250901 http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=1136211 http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=1287501
Interesting that you mention that. I don't have that issue specifically, but I do have an issue with my cursor disappearing every one-in-five start-ups or so, i.e. upon reaching the character select screen my cursor just disappears. Sometimes it happens at random instances in the game, most often in PvE. Unrelated, I know,…
Haha! Maybe I'm a glutton for punishment, but I really do love this game, and if I knew there was more interest in at least talking about a fix I'd be completely on board. In the real world, I do studiomusic, that iswork for a living, and recently a developer whose software I use had a mess on his hands after announcing…
Today's the day I've been waiting fora sale on lifetime subscriptions. I make a point of bringing this up because, I've been a monthly subscriber waiting for the day to go lifetime, but now I'm not sure I'll ever pay again when I can't even play consistently. PWE, Cryptic, whomever: if you want my money (and really, I am…
I'm in the same boat. I got the Mac client the day it came out in hopes of playing with my friends who had been playing since the Atari days, and once installed I played to a fever pitch. With Delta Rising's issues, my playing time has dwindled to a point where I haven't logged on in days. It's just not worth all the…
Ehh, I wouldn't cry discrimination necessarily. We're just not a priority. In a world where we're still told to "get a real computer" whenever we cry foul, it's pretty safe to say we're still thought of as second-tier, nay, third tier gamers behind Windows and Linux users... even when our money's still ready to be taken.
I just posted this in the other long thread, and thought it might be of use here. As they say, Your Mileage May Vary. Downloaded and installed Wineskin today. Yes, on my primitive connection the nearly four gig patch took some time to download, but sure enough I was soon playing with stability. Well, for about 45 minutes,…
I can do you one better: I've crashed so much recently that when I'm in Chrome just doing web browsing, any sort of unexpected activity on the sides of a page immediately makes me think the browser is about to crash.
Right there with you. I'm just going to remain patient. Unfortunately–and perhaps your issue has a similar outcome–when I crash to Desktop, the Error Tracker either freezes and doesn't give any report to post or immediately closes. I don't know how to help the Devs when the Error Tracker isn't even functioning properly.
