In these new Terran episodes being forced to control the inquisitor is not fun: You're unable to move anything in the tray or enable auto-fire. I have accessibility issues and it's a horrible experience that's painful to get through. I'll never replay any of these episodes.

You get progress awarded if you do the advanced version via the normal PvE queues interface. If you use the event tab you get a normal version of the TFO and no daily progress awarded.

There's a door blocking the end of the corridor before you get to room with the green circle objective marked on the map. I just played it through and the mining laser cut scene plays correctly now. I was able to progress and finish the mission. Didn't see anything in recent patch notes to say it was fixed, though it seems to be fine now.
Well, I went from excited after reading the patch notes to sad after using the mining laser pretty quickly there... :( I'm amazed that nobody from QA actually play-tested the whole mission after the scout ship fix.

My KDF captain is rank 4 marauding & has completed 7/7 of the Colonization of the Delta Volanis Cluster DOff assignment chain (but as yet hasn't got a purple DOff reward) and can't get in to the cluster to check for new "Support" assignments. Very annoying.
Jam Sensors is also a great BOff ability to take for this mission when you're going for the optional: Stops the feds shooting at you while you beam up the cargo.
I want to be able to use the "fingerless" romulan kdf gloves on the rest of my kdf characters. Most of the klingons you see on the shows wear fingerless gloves (if they are wearing gloves) yet only romulans can in game...
Same issue: The only officers present on the bridge are those I last had accompany me on an away team. My department heads keep getting reset too. Also, I'm getting randoms appearing on communication dialogue windows during away missions instead of the bridge officers left behind on the ship, as it was before the LoR patch.
