Commands that may be useful are divert power to shields, weapons and so forth, as well as fire all weapons I suppose. Those are about the only commands I find useful. I suppose you could throw "full impulse" in there as well, but it gets tiring.

How do you view your character's full name? I mean First, Middle, and Last. All I see is last, because that's what I set my captain name to be.
