Are you sure you have space for the shuttle? The reason I state this is because for example I can't claim the shuttle as it will tell me I don't have space (which could apply to my inventory, my mail or a ship slot. It seems to be at least cryptic wide. I was playing Neverwinter and it crashed and currently can't get back in to NWN or STO (and yes I have been a long time player)

Nah, won't lose loose sleep. Just had an account I created a while back where the toons are sitting in coach section with no meal or drink and figured if they ever were needed they would have a decent tier 5 ship. Guess they stay in coach then.

I don't understand why they unlock an account wide jump in rep gear to xiii but they can't start rep gear out at xiii also.
