There is no Central Eastern Time.... There is Eastern Standard/Daylight Time (EST/EDT) and the same for Central, Mountain, and Pacific Time Zones - CST, MST, PST or right now, under Daylight-Saving Time, CDT, MDT, PDT... CET is Central European Time...
