Romulan character - I'm told that the button is missing since I never completed the Federation Tutorial, and as a Romulan, I can't start it. Many people are stuck here. I think this is in desperate need of a HOTFIX!

I agree! This is needed, especially during this double XP time. I created a Romulan for the first time, and the character made level 21 when I completed the starter missions, so I'm missing a lot of things I should have gotten. If this was currently available, I would re-start my Romulan and do it over again!
