have a problem

I bought 5000 zen in order to buy the "scimitar bundle" and it shows me having the zen but when I click on it it brings up a message stating "unable to complete transaction item not available" I don't understand why it won't go through I have the zen in my account and I'm a level 50 romulan so why won't it go through?

    They sold out on scimitar bundles. can't buy anymore....






    Tho its more likely bad connection to the store server. Wait a bit, maybe log out and back in and try again.And make sure you have 3 slots free in inventory.

    figures but I got two of the three ships! in a few days I'll get the last of the three!

    Oh, that. It won't let you buy the bundle if you have part of it.

    I'm sorry to post on your thread, kempeitai21, but I have a problem too and can't make my own at this point.

    I've solved my problem. The female romulan alien is just a bit glitchy.

    Ship upgrades are tied to story missions... with the double XP event going atm it breaks things nicely.

    I have a Ferasan Tac I just made that was lv21 in missions meant for lv9 characters and I went from my B'Rotlh to my commander level vessel because of that.

    Don't start a new Romulan during this Double XP time!

    I did - and my character has several bugs. I made level 21 before I joined the Federation. Here's the problems I had/am having:

    Around level 17, I got the mission to fight the Tholians. Really tough with just the starter war-bird. It took hours and around 10 defeats to get it completed.

    I just got the mission for getting the free level 10 ship. I never got the advancement mission for the free ship at level 20.

    My Duty Officers is bugged. I only have 3 (from my Veteran Rewards). Normally at level 11 you get around 20 (I think). I look into the level rewards, and it says you get "Initial Duty Officer Cadre", not how many...

    Is there some way to turn off gaining Experience? I would turn it off around level 9....

    I did'nt start a new romulan character have been playing this one for about a year! for some reason the ship won't fire while cloaked and I have the console for it! the consoles currently in the tactical console area but it still won't fire while cloaked! amI doing something wrong? did I put it in the wrong console place?

    @ OP

    Assuming you have the correct console equipped the "cloaked barrage console" which is in the link below. It is an on use item, so you have to equip it and then put it onto your action bars. It doesnt activate automatically...when you are cloaked you have to click on its icon on your bars then it grants you the cloaked barrage ability for several seconds. When you are in space with the console equipped hit P to bring up your available skills menu. They are in alphabetical order so just scroll through it until you find "Cloaked Barrage" it has a blue icon. Once you've found it just drag it to your bars and you are all set. When cloaked just click it and shoot away.
