Just a simple reboot is one thing, but it doesn't always fix the problem. And with servers that work together that provide a single service, there are sync issues and backend servers that need to be looked at as well. If there is database corruption, etc., then it could be quite a while.
Nope - I can't donate, e-mail or sell the DOFF. When I try to sell, I get the message "[System][AuctionFailed]Unable to post your items for sale. Items placed back into your inventory"
Already tried that a long time ago. When I try to e-mail the DOFF, it acts like it's going to, but the nothing happens. The mail closes out like it sends, but I never get the email and the DOFF never leaves my roster. I've even tried sending to someone else with same result.
My timing was lucky and I finished a Tour Thursday night and tried going hard on one of my toons to take advantage of the event, but not seeing any movement at all. Maybe we have to cycle through each of the Admiralty areas first? Note: All of my other toons that are < 10/10 are progressing normally. It's only the one that…
Either I'm just missing something, or did they break the Admiralty Tour of Duty? Now that I passed another 10/10 reward, it's no longer progressing. They're stuck at 0/10 and nothing is moving at all, not matter how many Admiralty assignments I do. Is this just temporary during the event or permanent and a way to kill off…
I really don't like the "Transport to Spire" button constantly popping up in the middle of the screen. I've accidentally hit that too many times when trying to deal with an agonizer or place a crystal on the ground.
I'd like to see the ability to convert fleet marks into fleet dilithium. With a lot of fleets, we have an abundance of fleet marks, but almost nobody wants to donate dilithium.
Considering the problems getting the decorations on our Starbases to even work the last couple of years, maybe Cryptic has decided to end them. Either that, or this year's is broken. Personally, I'd like to see the decorations change every few seconds from one year to the next to the next (when we're at our starbase.)
The event ended early. The announcement says "We are excited to announce the return of the Phoenix Prize Pack, which return to Star Trek Online on PC from November 8th at 8AM PT til November 12th at 10am PT." We still have 2 hours to go before it's 10am PT!
I doubt it was a typo. It was in the announcement, on their Twitter page as well as the launcher. Maybe those people with Twitter accounts might be able to get Cryptic's attention by replying to their 27 Sept post making the announcement.
Wow, this is an OLD BUG! I just ran into this myself on a toon I finally got to Rank 4. I try to get the BOFF, but it says that I'm "unable to buy item" because I "do not have room for that." Yet... I have room for the BOFF. Submitted ticket #4,722,107
I'm having a really hard time earning Rule of Acquisition Number 48 where Leck kills the NPCs without taking any damage. I can sneak up behind the Defilers and do a one shot sniper shot to kill it, but when it comes to the Harbinger, even when hiding behind the barrier, I can't kill it fast enough before it transports away…
For the mission "Tenebris Torquent", there is a single accolade worth 10 points: Game Over Man - Discover the body of Kira’s crewman Note: I found that its easier to finish with the three consoles and then go back for the crewman, which is up in conduits. Use the red anti-gravity "funnel" to find the crewman (which is…
For the "Quark’s Lucky Seven" mission, there are eight individual "Rule of Acquisition" accolades, for 20 points each. Rule of Acquisition Number 7 - Retrieve the Sword of Kahless without the frequencies resetting Rule of Acquisition Number 9 - Crack the Security Computer within 5 attempts Rule of Acquisition Number 34 -…
I can now confirm that Riker's Apprentice is now fixed on the PC. We were able to team up with someone who had the Console - Universal - Metreon Gas Canister and they were able to make the kills. Please note that if you team up, there will be more enemy NPC ships, so you might need to thin them out before using the Metreon…
Yep, I was part of that event and this was extremely annoying. We were trying to do a specific simulation, but because of the troll, it didn't happen. (And, we had to deal with starting early without a full team.) Only the host (the person with permissions for that specific fleet map should be able to start the event.
It's definitely gotten better since PWE originally implemented the AFK penalty. For a while, I would often get the penalty when playing the Crystalline Catastrophe.... even though I placed first, second or third and received the associated reward (but not the normal CCE rewards. That hasn't happened for quite a while, so…
