Same problem here. Patch screen never fully loads. Only thing that worked is closing the Launcher, then restart it. Talking to Q did nothing for me if the ship is still in the box. I switched maps, instances, etc. Moved the ship box in and out of inventory... nada. I got the discount after logging onto a character that had the Chel Grett as his active ship.

WRONG... they only allow the ships projects to start during the event. And only one ship at a time. I need multiple ship discounts to work on my account. If there's no fix by the event end then you gotta wait until next year to get all your ships. Remember, there's 2 broken discounts this year - the cruiser and the raider.

If there's no Thursday Patch due to it being New Years, just like there was no patch on Christmas Day then folks are surely on vacation and that's why the fix hasn't gone live yet. Unless there is an emergency patch for this then the very last patch day is January 8th. Past that, "the fix" will end up being for next year…

Sorry to see so many having problems, now with the Raider Discount too. If Cryptic has no one working this week to push the bug fix live, they should just extend Winter Wonderland until February 15.

They have a good fix on the test server. Just log in using a character who has the Chel Grett in their ship roster and the Account Wide Discount Unlocks. Any projects stuck at 40/1000 auto-completes. No need to talk to Q, etc. Too bad it didn't go live this week. I suspect it won't go live next week either since patch day…

My Romulan is stuck at 40/1000 for the Chel Gret - contributed to project last Winter. All other characters on account have both cruiser and raider unlocked & discounted to 40. I seem to be locked out of all Breen Ship Projects on this character also. My Events tab shows "No Projects Available". Any workaround or advice?

I love Winter Wonderland too! Currently taking a long protest break from game after this T5U TRIBBLE for my expensive lock box ships. Any word on when Winter Event starts? I checked news and dev tracker - saw nada about it.

Not only Queues need to be Cross Faction. Things like Epohh Tagging Teams need it too. Also DOFFs - we should be exchanging officers again like they did in TNG times. KDF shouldn't have to pay 5-10 mill EC more than FEDs for the same doff. Just make everything cross faction.

I agree also, the ship giveaway should have worked like the others. KDF could claim Fed Bridges and vice versa - no level requirements. I guess it came down to Cryptic having to write some special code to overrule the current ship claiming requirements. They didn't do this but they should have at least put the level…

Why not just ignore them if you don't like the designs? I do that with the Odyssey Class even though it's supposed to be "canon". I'm glad to not own one. STO is set in 2409 so the devs had to go here eventually. I hated the Perpetual Entertainment ship designs also which were supposedly futuristic federation designs.…

I thought Roms could buy Level 40 ships from Z-Store but not Level 50 ships. The giveaways are Level 40. But either way the claim for these ships is funky and derpy. I have other accounts that don't have level 40 toons yet. We should have been able to claim these for later use.

Not exactly true. I was able to claim the KDF Bridge pack on a Fed. And on a Rom Fed. They cannot use KDF Bridges. There's a different claiming rule for ships it seems. I was hoping the rules would be the same as the other giveaways. But no, cannot claim because not Level 50 and Wrong Faction. There used to be a C-Store…
