So, per the tool tip, all the summoned ships have their quads, but the Actual ship isn't equipt with AP quads? Who dropped that ball? Or is it going on another legendary?

Its the Clark and Bozeman classes that can use duals.

Someone really did drop the ball. As a Klingon, if you grab the Thunderchild-class, the Point Defense is still Phaser. So they Deleted the disruptor version? Was QA even involved in this process?

Yes. I'm asking if they've fought the Na'kuhl in the Dranuur TFO, was it in Normal, Advanced, or Elite. I think there maybe a bug...

Its confirmed: I've moved several of them around to different toons after using them when tool tip still said "bound to account ".

As well as some weaps reclaims on alts(ex: Tholian and Voth torps).

Can we just get upgradeable versions of the discoprise's torps, Herald torps, shuttle deflectors, etc. in the dil reclaim?

I had to use search better. They were Not at the end of my Fleet T6 list....In fact, I don't see the Fleet Malachowski Multi-Mission Command Cruiser or Fleet Oberth Light Science Vessel anywhere on the fleet's military(red) tier map.
