Rallus Temporal Dyson Science Destroyer missing Singularity Core and other warbird features

I bought this pack expecting the usual blog errors that this warbird would come with a singularity core, as did the T5 counterparts, yet this still has a warp core slot and no singularity abilities. The starship masteries also require correction to science warbirds. This pack is meant for all 3 main factions, with proper federation, KDF, and Romulan variants. Please correct this and turn the ship into a proper warbird. Very few romulan ships exist, such as the temporal destroyer and science vessel, and tal-shiar ships, that do not have singularity cores, as they were consistent from their T5 counterparts being cross-faction from before all factions could use almost all ships was introduced, and those appropriately lack romulan battle cloaks. Romulans require singularity abilities in order for faction-specific duty officers to function, such as the bonus exotic damage on singularity core use, which this romulan warbird cannot use unless this is corrected. Thank you.

    Romulans are the ones to get the shaft most often. I was all set to buy the Rallus until I heard about the core screwup, but I don't want to mess with respec'ing my captains who use the T5 dyson for warp cores just for one ship. And for that matter completely rebuilding the ship setup from scratch to compensate for that is not particularly appealing either.

    Bad news: Devs have said it was intended. That's kind of an important detail to leave out of the blog....

    While I don't doubt it is true, where did the devs say that? I have looked for their response to the core screwup but have not been able to find one so far.

    It is indeed a massively weird choice to have a Warp Core on this ship when the previous Dyson ships came with Singularity Cores.

    Well, I decided to purchase it during the sale but am not going to check it out until singularity core functionality is restored to the ship. It better be a bug and not intended.
