They already did, for the common variety commodities: "I" for Inventory, click Replicator button, scroll down. With the exception of the green and blue commodities, I'm fairly certain that all the others are available there.

I've been playing just the story missions and very infrequent dabbling in the DOff system for about 6, 7 hours total and am currently Centurion 15 or 16. Leveling isn't all that time consuming.

It's not just new Romulan characters... I know all three of my Vice Admiral/Lt. General characters received missions to go there when they first logged in.

You youngun's....You don't know how good you have it. Back in the day, we didn't have fancy things like queues. On launch days (game or expansion), we'd have to type our user name and password and then click Play over (all three steps) and over and over until we no longer got "Connection Refused" and actually logged in.…
