So it's just for 200k Fleet credits and no module required? If so then that's a viable option. The ones that I deleted it on have a lot of stored FC's because they are the most played characters. The ones that still have the standard one are the ones rarely used.

The secondary is a LT seat. So I guess having it the "off" class sort of makes sense more if having an actual command BOFF in the seats instead of vanilla BOFFs. You can refine a more than 8k a day but requires that DOFF mission at the academies with a 24 hour turnaround I think. I haven't bothered with that slow process in a long time myself. Taking a day to refine just another 2k or whatever small amount it is now is kind of laughable TBH.

That was actually a title in game given for a big bug in the game when it first came out. lol I had the mission that gives the items just vanish without turning in for the items and no the NPC won't give the mission back. Is that being fixed? I kind of doubt it because normally these kinds of real fast down times only…

Claim and use are two different things though. People were not asking about using it on a level 20 or whatever but claim it so they can use it when they hit 40.

I discharged an old ship on my 49 (typo on the 42 above) and suddenly I could claim it. But again it wasn't with that 100% off notation. /shrug

The academy event is a total waste of time. I collected 72 of the particles and the Professor says I can get a blue doff but go back and collect more for better quality.
