    Same here, stuck at Retrieving list of characters, then eventually fails with a Login2_Timeout.

    Please Cryptic, don't make me go outside today. The firey sky orb burns us...

    Yep.

    First was Server Not Responding for 200 seconds or so. Then manually cancelled the game client. Now stuck on on Retrieving List Of Characters.

    Maybe I should purchase X-Com: Enemy Within sooner than planned...

    Same here.

    But I can log in to Champions with no problem so can't blame my internet.

    glad its not me, phew!

    will someone feed that darn hamster already....

    When I think about everything we've been through together,

    maybe it's not the destination that matters, maybe it's the journey,

     and if that journey takes a little longer,

    so we can do something we all believe in,

     I can't think of any place I'd rather be or any people I'd rather be with.

    Same here, went to fleet star base, stuck had to restart client and stuck on toon retrieval

    Yes. This just happened to me as I was trying to switch characters. I am now receiving the login2_Timeout alert.

    Same here, my wife and I were doing PvE's, and upon trying to exit we both got server not responding for over 5 minutes. Closed game, closed ARC, tried to re-log in and got stuck on retrieving character list. Connection timed out, tried to log in again and same thing.

    Heh. Server "stopped responding" just over four minutes ago, and the complaints thread is already on its fourth page. Maybe more by the time I post this! Never mind.

    I'm logged in but nothing responds. Exchange is down, doffing is down, bank is down. Looks like the server is about to crash.

    Was in game and the kicked with a long server not responding for 5 minutes. I had to go and manually shut down the client process in my process window. No every time I try to log in to STO I get

    Login2_Timeout
    Press the support button for additional help.

    Anyone else getting problems today?
