Dev Team Please fix the All Faction Bundle, The Separate Packs have been known to give the ships but the All Faction Mega Bundle is bugged, it will not give any ships at all. please give what we are paying for. Idan359 please add your message to xbox federation pack post also.

Yesterday on a new Romulan I tried redeaming the pack and got the scorpion shuttle but none of the other ships, the packs are still broken

I haven't received any ticket replies for 2-3 days hopefully they doing something, but just so everyone knows I contacted Tim Russ (Tuvok) and told him about this issue so hopefully he has spoken to the Developers/Team working on the game. he appreciated being informed about the bug, as I know he's a gamer also

everyone who has this issue has to live chat or phone up the support make sure they know its not an isolated issue

I have told pretty much every gaming site, xbox and playstation magazines, tim rus aka tuvok and a lot of other people about this bug it is affecting everyone who bought the packs

The All Faction Bundle across PlayStation 4 and Xbox One is broken, please wait until the game has been patched, the ships included in the packs do not get added to Your Ingame C-Store nor do they get added to Ingame Shipyard, they simply have the packs claim once and then they change status to purchased, you get titles,…

they are not claimable in the c-store, the pack doesn't link the redeem of the all faction bundle and the 3 packs to the c-store+ingame shipyard as supposed to

its not about rank, the packs include 2 level 1 ships

unfortunately this issue is affecting PS4 and Xbox One, the problem is in the games coding, not everyone is able to claim the ships in the packs.
