I can't claim my all faction bundle ships

I purchased the all faction bundle on Xbox 1 and I claimed it for my federation and klingon characters and they recieved the Borghese bridge officer and the pet but I can't get the ships. When I go to the c store or shipyard it still says 500 zenith or whatever and wants to charge me for ships in am supposed to own. I don't want to risk hitting purchase when it has a value there and then end up charging me. I have logged in and out and restarted the console.

    youre not alone mate, a few of us have enounctered this issue. i filled in a ticket for help a couple of days ago so waiting for a response

    I have told pretty much every gaming site, xbox and playstation magazines, tim rus aka tuvok and a lot of other people about this bug it is affecting everyone who bought the packs
