Why I just had a great idea, Im going to make it my mission to use this weapon on as many players in PvP as I can. It seems poetic, to torment the whiners with this. Seriously, if you dont like a weapon or anything else in the game, just dont use it. No one is holding a phaser to your head and forcing you to use it.

Cryptic really should throw a bone to Veteran players because who are they kidding? This is to give new players a quick, and "special snowflake" entry to the game. Just give Vets the ability to flag their Main Capped Officer as a Delta, or at least retroactively make Deltas of every existing Character below Admiral 1.

I've noticed this too, and I've also noticed it does get much easier in a T6 ship, so pretty much it seems Cryptic hasnt been exactly honest when they claimed T6 wouldnt be required for anything. They seemed to leave out a pretty huge caveat that the game is balanced around T6 ships now.

Thanks for the replies, I went with the MatHa. She definitely sounds like a battleship worthy of a Klingon Warrior, and you cant go wrong with it being a T6 it seems. Now just to gear it up, properly and send her to the Delta Quadrant to find Worthy Foes.

I imagine this is probaly the same reason why the Defiant Class and Constitution Class ships havent been made proper to what is portrayed on the shows. People would buy those three ships and then never buy any other ship again, well except for those STF and PvP Guys.

I have a HD 7870 ghz @ 2048x1152 and I too have issues reading the UI sometimes, but other then that STO runs great, if not for some weird pixelling issues since Delta hit, but FPS wise, i get a solid 60 FPS. I'd like to chime in here as Im having the same problem too since DR launched. It doesnt seem to happen in any other game. I get weird pixeliated boxes, that pop up, even on the character portraits and at certain angles. Im using a AMD Radeon HD 7970 Ghz video card.

All I could be bothered doing on all my chars is the 'storyline' though more accurate might be a tutorial on the Dyson. Yeah, I agree the maps look cool and the art team did a superb job on things but Season 8 is so boring. I have so much better things to do then grind out rep per toon.
