I am also having the same issue. All that happens is that it keeps on trying to connect over and over again. Closing the ARC Launcher, running it in Admin mode, restarting computer, checking internet connection, checking anti-virus and firewall permissions, turning anti-virus and firewalls off...nothing works.

However, as noted - the door remains locked. This is happening with Fed and RRW. I don't have KDF so I can't say for sure on that. Yet, since it remains locked I can not get in there to get the anomaly. I can confirm without a doubt that it is in fact an anomaly because I can finish all of the mission requirements and…

The doors that unlock do - just not the door shown in the screenshots; which is where, from all indications, the "1st" anomaly is located.
