Game stuck at updating launcher.

My game is stuck at updating the launcher. It keeps trying to connect many times but fails.

    I am also having the same issue. All that happens is that it keeps on trying to connect over and over again. Closing the ARC Launcher, running it in Admin mode, restarting computer, checking internet connection, checking anti-virus and firewall permissions, turning anti-virus and firewalls off...nothing works.
