So there is no way to get the old one back? My heart is broken. That was my favorite ship. I had a fleet retrofit with all the upgrades, it had stats to match a T6, and it looked so beautifully clean. I'm dying here.
To the question in the title of this thread, did you play Half-Life Opposing Force? Remember that one scene in the helicopter at the very beginning? Where the big guy with the SAW asks where are we, and the platoon smart-a** replies, "well, the pilot thought we were heading to..."…
I've been watching Strange New Worlds lately, since I just can't stomach Discovery or Picard anymore; the cringe factor of both has grown too much for me. So, SNW is supposed to be a "prequel" to STOS. What are you guys calling that Enterprise?
There's a message from yesterday (Sep 4) on the launcher, saying that when the next episode launches, we will be able to apply a second X upgrade, adding another device Slot, another Uni Console, and another Starship Trait. BUT it will cost two upgrade thingies, so a total of three; one for the first level, and two more…
After reading all your comments, I went to the ship tailor and had a look. First, I was excited to see the Romulan D7 listed Second, I was disappointed to see how minimal it is, just a bird belly on the underside and some ruffles at trailed edge on top. Third, I was cynically amused to see that the "price" listed was 12K…
On the Promo tab of the Zen store, only until 10am PST on Friday (that's GMT-8 to the rest of the world) It's only 1 toon, not account-wide, but hey, the inadvisability of examining the dentition of complimentary equines, eh?
If it will help, here's a list of the speed-boosting things I know about (no doubt there are more) other than the cat For the "Fast & Flurrious" PVP race, there are some things make you go faster - 1) Traits from Terran rep (tier 1, Close Quarters Combatant), and Delta rep (tier 1, Physical Conditioning) 2) Counter-Command…
I shelled out the creds for a Console - Universal - Parasitic Ice Containment Vessel and it does indeed boost damage from the Breen 360 cold weapon. As a note, if you're going to buy one of these, be sure you're buying the ship console, and not the kit module. Also, the clickie power is hilarious, and usable from 10K. It…
This, exactly. We have been complaining (and arguing) about this since the content dropped most of a decade ago. Cryptic has done nothing in response. At some point, you have to suspect that further discussion is a waste of breath. Here in Argentina there is a saying, "hay lo que hay", which parses roughly the same as "it…
My one complaint is that the increased detail on the palm trees hides the hoops you have to fly through for the aerial part of the Biathlon. Of course, nobody thought of that.
I love both seasonal events! The only activity I don't like on Risa is the Artifact Hunt. I'll give that a hard pass. But the Hoverboard Race and Biathlon are favorites of mine, and I usually at least get on the podium (i.e. finish in the top three)
I've been getting hit by that the last couple days in Ponies over Pahvo, but it's almost always more help than hurt. By the time I'm close enough to get hit by it, I've thrown out my GW3 and my VCIS3, launched a walloping great spread of torpedoes, and I'm actually more than happy to "exit, stage left!" at flank speed.…
Which Science ship are we talking about? I've done both Risa and QWW for years. I probably have it. The silly one with the lightning bolts thing on GW? Of all the event ships I have ever collected, my favorite is the Krenim Science vessel. It has a beefy Tac BOFF seating layout that I like. But the Flying Dorito deserves…
Well, good news and bad. Good news - yes, after I watched the cutscene I was able to press a button "File Report" and it did complete Secrets of the Ancients Bad news, the temporal transponder still thinks I haven't completed the New Romulus story arc. All the chapters/missions in that arc are showing the Replay button,…
