Yeah, according to my Captain's Log, I completed the Allies storyline (which included Bigger picture) back in 2017, so this is not the case of the issue. Cryptic, just take Rura Penthe out of the rotation for the daily and the problem will be solved.

This is also happening to my Klingon-allied Romulan character. According to chat, nothing was ever done before, so I don't have much hope.

Honestly, the plugin and resources are the most annoying part of Arc. I've uninstalled STO and Neverwinter until the devs can remove the above issues. Even then, I will install via Steam or my keys until then. I understand they want to advertise, but it is still not worth it.

ARC provides no benefit to the users, only to PWE. Just say no to ARC.

I'm pretty sure the "Display All Games" check box has always been there. It was so you could use the Cryptic Launcher for STO and Champions Online, and now Neverwinter without needing the individual ones.

This is very concerning. Devs, if you're listening, I hope you have a response to this. If it is ignored, I can guarantee it will be posted in anything that is regarding ARC.

I really hope people aren't just blowing smoke when they say they'll leave over ARC. Because that is the only way I see it going away for Cryptic games.

It's okay, the people here complaining about how they only get a Tribble are probably the people who are also whining that they can't get their Tribble since it was removed from the C-Store.

Maybe because of posts like this, they'll just stop giving rewards altogether. It seems like this was the only reason you went to the test server in the first place. Maybe if they did get rid of the people who are only there for the rewards, the people who do the testing will actually be listened to when given feedback…

Don't know if it will do any good, but perhaps send a ticket in to see if you can swap it for the one you want? I haven't had this issue before so I don't know if it's something you can do, but I'd say it's always worth a shot.
