Unfortunately, it's time to add Teri Garr to the Memorial Plaque. As we all know, she played Roberta Lincoln, who was Gary Seven's secretary in the TOS episode "Assignment Earth." I know that this sounds awfully blunt. However, I'm just not very good at expressing such sad news.

Some lower stakes episode-like stories would be welcome change from the usual fate-of-the-galaxy/universe/multiverse stories. I mean... I get that the game creators want to establish that the PC is the latest great legend in whatever faction (s)he is in, but that was pretty much established at the end of the Iconian War.…

I agree. As we've probably all seen in Star Trek V and VI, you can have more than one officer with the rank of Captain aboard. (The Enterprise-A had THREE.) So, why not have bridge officers that can wear that rank?

Personally, I prefer the STO chain of events over Kurtzman Trek. In my head canon, STO timeline is the Prime Timeline, and Kurtzman Trek is in it's own timeline.
