I am aware we are still technically in the 'Legacy of Romulus' but why does that mean that NO other factions get ANY Z-Store ships for half a year? Why not a Bird of Prey 5000 Pack for the Klingons... or a Fed Battle cruiser / Updated Galaxy X to come close to the Schimitar? Don't you think this would of been better…

Tac Team with 2 Tac Team Doffs Is the only efficient way to use the team skills i find... there is no getting through it as long as you pick up a EPS or TSS... or preferably both.
