Count me in that group also. Was warping into Infected Space elite and never got past the load screen.

Yes mountain pass is still bugged due to not being able to find all the Tal Shiar agents. I also had the same problem. Went all the way thru to the end. And after the last battle everything was complete but the "Subdue Tal Shiar Agents". Couldn't find anyone left behind.
