I do occasionally hoard things, if I think they'll be useful to either my main character or one of my alts (if they item isn't character bound). Otherwise I sell anything I find on the exchange to save up for upgrade tokens.

I'd agree with you on this, as even though TNG has shown Data's Command skill (Redemption Part II) the episode did show his Command style as being rigid and methodical rather than being fluid. I noticed that, so wasn't sure which to go by, so have generally tried altering the design of the uniforms provided on the guide to match the ingame presets, as I thought these would tie-up better with the NPCs.

I've submitted support tickets to both Cryptic & STEAM to get an answer to this issue. I'd also like to add to my original post, that I have checked and I do currently have STEAM Community enabled - I noticed that was a solution people had suggested in previous threads about similar issues to this.

Picked up a Fleet HEC and a Fleet Chimera Destroyer. Probably going to be sticking with my Fleet Avenger though for my Tactical Officer for durability

Yeah, I think he commanded the Bozeman-A at the end of "Ship of the Line"... Something must have happened to that because in Cold Equations: Silent Enemy he's shown as being in command of the USS Atlas, although I think they should have renamed it to Bozeman.

There is the option to promote them to Captain, but it's not being done until they put in a level increase (and introduce the Admiral Rank (4 star)/level 60, from what I read on the Wiki - Will provide link when I get home from work.
