Here's a post I made in another thread. Are things just working completely differently for me since I didn't finish every 23c mission? Y'all can't replay anything? (I do agree Crey should be the proper in-game method. But since nobody told me I couldn't jump between centuries I have been happily doing it. ;) )

Speaking as someone who ended up doing the 23c missions out of order, I have several unfinished ones, and it's a simple matter of paying the transwarp fee to go back to 23c space and ESD. From what I can remember about the past bug reports I've submitted, the Fire Caverns had completely broken AI pathfinding. It was never possible for me to get my entire BOFF team through without manual waypoints. A welcome revamp. Carry on!

As much as I want to "support" the idea of a free expansion (yay!) Legacy is out of my price range for the amount I play, and the Starter pack just wasn't appealing in any manner. Colouring looks great! Maybe remove the Stroke effect if you prefer not to change the antialiasing? That way it still looks sharp and high contrast. I just wanted a very small highlight edge at the bottom of the letters and Stroke isn't that fine tunable. Like I said I'm just going from memory without a screenshot. :) Also…

Yes I think the font smoothing change is only a factor with the specific effects I used, like a centered stroke outline. Otherwise some letters were getting muddy. Resizing the graphic to 500x125 seems to have worked out fine as well, but I didn't do a resharpen pass. I'll grab your new file when it's ready, thanks. Oh…

Yep, helping a fleetie tonight and this was the final piece of the puzzle. For the record, this same issue occurred with the Cryptic website installer, AND the Steam installer. Do any of the current maps come anywhere close to approximating the size needed for a Dyson sphere? Or would the map exist on a slice of the sphere? There are some exploration maps where you can orbit an entire planet, but that's not big enough to "orbit" a star.

The best starbase defense and No Win's I've been on have at least 2 people who know how to use repulsors well. Seriously, in No Win some NPCs will park their ships square on the transport until they blow up.

I've been in the game for over 12 months now, and wanted to write up a whole post of everything I love about the game.
