I' m just going to take a shot in the dark here: activating battle mode (from the d'kora console) will "reverse" the Nandi, similar to how that nauscian ship (the grumbada or whatever it's called) changes when in its special assault mode. Only reason I can come up with for it being designed this way.
Looking to me like he has a purple deflector doff slotted and it's affecting the cool down of the breen energy dissapator (since it's a deflector based ability.
S'Golth has a huge shield mod for an escort at 1.3 - it can also equip the subspace receiver heal pets and 6 charges of haywire that can reflect a part of damage back to attackers. Probably the tankiest escort in the game if played correctly. Not to mention the best looking IMO.
Free? Last I checked opening a lockbox required keys that, regardless of whether it's purchased from a credit card or energy credits, aren't cheap. The ship would only be a freebie if someone gifted you one - something I doubt would happen if this ship ever became a reality. Enjoy your moon rock.
It will usually fire the lance right after seperation, I'm not sure what the recharge on that ability is though. Against slow moving objects, like a cube, it's pretty nice - against fighters I have yet to see the lance hit. Have yet to see the photon torps, I'll have to pay more attention to the pet and see if it fires.…
"I dont think any of us can forget the visual of a high speed Enterprise-D decloaking and vertically charging towards the Klingon vessel that was set out to destroy Captain Picard and the TNG crewmembers onboard the U.S.S. Pasteur, firing a massive phaser beam out of the Spinal Phaser Lance, obliterating the KDF Vessel…
Probably because none of those other weapons you've listed were featured in a Star Trek television episode showing it completely annihilating an enemy warship in mere seconds - by comparison the in game version doesn't even HIT the enemy most of the time, let alone is capable of taking down its shields unless you build…
If you enjoy the catian carrier, but also like flying escorts there is a ship you may really like piloting: the recluse carrier. You cannot directly purchase it from the c-store as it is a lobi store purchase, but it does require keys to open lockboxes so I suppose it -can- be considered a c-store item heh (also you can…
Just to clarify, the "to self" buff part of this only happens if the 3 piece set is equipped on a temporal science vessel or temporal destroyer (according to the item descriptions).
All good information guys, thanks for the help with this. Edit: Mimey - thanks for the heads up about the exchange, spent about 1.5m and got -all- 3 pieces from exchange advanced boxes. In less time it took to do one mission I had opened the boxes and had the spoils... thanks again guys!
