• actually they aren't faction specific, you can change them in the settings, so you shouldn't really rule out a cardassian themed one

• I doubt they will fix it anytime soon mate, Currently they're too busy fixing bugs that are actually related to VIL, and are probably gonna focus on it for atleast until next year
