Well apparently they have never decided to fix this, I would guess this to be one of the biggest reasons shuttle instances take longer when trying to get some Romuluns marks. Bump the thread once more and hope someone cares :confused:

I just had one drop from a dominion chest for my federation character, been trying it out. Hate its bound to character, would love it to be bound to account so I can send it to other characters.

Why in the world would anyone pay $1.25 for a chest with a random drop in it? Or even $11.25 for 10 keys??? I mean, spend it on ANYTHING else makes more sense. Two dollars for a duty officer pack, or $5 for an outfit, but buying keys for a random drop chest?? Everyone of my friends and I started playing this we were like…
