Well, I just did a Manus Normal, and had a quite extraordinary teammate among my other "meh" teammates. For me, I find that the best STF teams seem to usually be active at the later hours. (Mostly for ground STF's)

Go to your character menu, click the tab to reputation, click events, activate the Corvette Project, put in the pearls, and then success.

Mostly Because nearly half the team left, and we were surrounded by 10+ Spheres. Also, most of the generators were still up.

I've also suffered around 2 to 3 crashes today, each time on Earth Spacedock. On a side note, I've been suffering more lag spikes than usual.
