Just did an infected elite and a member of particular fleet know to grief other players blew the optional then flew off and bragged about it and then taunted the rest of the team until 2 players had enough of him and left. It's bad enough having to pug with people that do it out of ignorance but to have people do it on purpose just to grief other players is going to far. I was under the impression that this fleet was trying to improve its reputation, but when it's members do this kind of stuff it just shows what some of them are really about.

I just finished Khitomer In Stasis (Elite) and a member of the fleet your talking about had a buch of injuries on his characters to start the mission he kept running ahead and dying hoping the rest of us would take to long when that did not work he went in the control room and made it impossible to lower the right shields for the team to advance and get the optional.

People like that are not happy with their lives so they enjoy annoying others.

Too bad I cannot say what I want to about this guy or call him out. But it would be nice to see a post from some of this fleets senior leaders as to if this type of behavior is encouraged. My understanding is that they make it a point to grief the ERP palyers and do some mild RP of thier own. Thier fleet web page and other forum threads are humerious and overall harmless but to go into STF's and sabotage it so that the team has to take a 1 hour penality. Or to blow the Optional then stop fighting and brag about it and taunt the other players until they quit is something that should get someone banned from the game. If this fleet is true to what they say and that they are just about harmless fun then this person should be kicked from said fleet.

My worst stfs was Khitomer Vortex Normal. My fleet admiral and I decided to pug it together while we waited for the rest of the fleet to show up.

We both run 3 piece Oddy sets with all the consoles. Both of us were at teir 4 in all reputations. Advanced MkXII fleet beams x 6. Me disruptor him phaser. Borg torp launcher on front, Borg cutting beam on back.

Mission starts, we announce that him and I have probes. Generally hell watch both sides while I help bring down the gens and spheres on the side everyone is on while keeping an eye out if he needs help.

Everything was going fine until one of the pugs starts screaming at my fleet admiral to kill the spheres on his sides. As in immediately ignore the probes he was killing and focus on the spheres first. You know, the ones NOT on the active side and lightly tickling his shields while he kills probes first?

We ignore it and this just infuritates the guy. He takes multiple breaks from firing his weapons to instruct everyone how it should be done. Keep in mind, everyone but him is doing fine without him.

We kill the gates with plenty of time left and not a single probe having even gotten close enough to the gate to take a postcard photo.

In comes Donatra. As per standard, I politely say in local, "Remember boys and girls stay 6km from Donatra or she gets scared and cloaks". I'd like to think everyone knows this, but it doesn't hurt to remind everyone, politely, that this is SOP.

OMG KILL THE SPHERES, guy tells me that it doesn't work like that anymore and charges right in. Thankfully it doesn't matter as he spends most of the time in respawn limbo, listening to the best of Yani on loop I can only presume. Donatra is killed, the day is saved, guy warps out.

The best part? He was flying the Teir 1 Enterprise. With....yes the grappler hook. Either that was the worse player I've ever seen or he most convincing troll.

    Alas, another sad tale.
I was playing khitomer ground normal, and we were fighting the final boss, when I was shot dead by a drone. The boss was killed, and the loot appeared. However, I was dead, and I could not get my loot, so I called for help.

Needless to say, help did not come, so I respawned and attempted to run through hordes of Borg to get to my loot. Tragically, I did not get to the loot in time, and was removed from the map.

I had a pretty good group earlier. One receptive newb, one ragequitter, unfortunately, but we managed to coordinate well and get the optional with ease.

Well, I just did a Manus Normal, and had a quite extraordinary teammate among my other "meh" teammates.

For me, I find that the best STF teams seem to usually be active at the later hours. (Mostly for ground STF's)

I think I was in that one... not sure why folks do that, but the team had a Cruiser captain that had seen it before and used Eject Warp Plasma to buy time. Gravity Well used to be good for that as well, but less so these days. Thanks to that Cruiser captain, though, we still got the optional; that captain also became my priority target for cross-healing as a result.

very possible lol got stuck with 4 of them tonight before I just gave up lol, on the last one I did one of the team members commented on how it might be people are confusing cure with infected, not like a little research doesn't solve that issue or the fact that you do it for the first set then when told not to you run over to the second set (before first set of probes are cleaned up) and pop another one

I ended up in a team of four afk'ers.

I hope you did the right thing, played the match solo and tried to make it last as long as physically possible?

Recently PUGged a game of Infected: The Conduit Elite. Everything went well until after the first transformer was destroyed.

Some idiot started attacking the generators on the second cube. Told him to stop but then he asked if I "wanted cheese with my whine".

Ended up losing the optional and kept on getting harassed by him and another douche from his fleet who apparently only created the game to troll others.

I know I can't reveal their handles, or their fleets, but I really wish there was a place where we can shame these losers.

Mine was yesterday. It was the mother of all bad pugs. It literally had everything: Abyssmal DPS, Cruisers that couldn't tank, rainbow boats, beam escorts, tractor beams on stationary objects, lack of ability to follow proper protocols (i.e. kill the nodes simultaniously)...

I have been traumatized for life...

I'm doing a CSE with some people, and as we're killing the probes on the left cube, easily wiping out Negh'vars, we all get disconnected and, obviously, the match is destroyed.

    :(
I ask nothing but that you remember me.

PUGged Infected: The Conduit and Khitomer Vortex both Elite. In Infected some guy destroyed a generator without following the 10% rule, his response "s**t happens".

In Khitomer Vortex some guy left probe duty to kill a cube and didn't tell anyone. He was also using every torpedo imaginable.

Great way to start the day

Yesterday this happened twice. Vortex Elite, 4 split off to one side while i take right side probes + generators. Despite having 4 people on the job they still manage to let probes slip though + fail to kill cubes. ended up killing 3 cubes.

As for the various torpedoes, that's not a no-go by definition but it does take a bit of knowledge to combine torpedoes. In general torpedo boats are quantum, harpeng and cluster.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

I was in a PUG KASE where I ended up destroying 3 cubes and nanite transformers all by my self, and most of the 4th one. A couple of probes managed to escape into the vortex, but that didn't matter because we wouldn't have gotten the TIMED optional anyways if I had to waste time killing every single probe that spawned.

When Donatra spawned, I didn't do anything for 30 seconds, checking to see how much DPS the other 4 guys were capable of. In a little over 30 seconds, Donatra's health bounced from 97% to 100%. Suffice to say, each one of them was dealing less than 1k DPS.

Call me jerk, but I aborted the mission as soon as I saw that. I could've carried all 4 of them, but y'know what? Eff that. I might as well have been in a PUG with 4 afkers.

just had one catastrophy of an STF.

was doing ISE/Infected-Space with 4 pugs:
A lifetimer with his 1000-day ship, a Galor, a Scimitar, a Prometheus and me with my Mirror Deep Space Vessel.
They were doing so low damage, that i kept getting the aggro.
The optional was wasted immediately too.

When they were at the gateway, i wasn't doing anything. And they made 10% in 1 Minute... do I have to say more?

I'm in a constant facepalm pose these last two days. I won't go into details, but there is a group of inept captains one after another. The carrier carries fighters, not people, who obviously can't even begin to understand how the things work, nor do they try.
I really need to stop pug-ing.

Oh, and I just LOVE players from fleets that contain in their names the word "Elite".

Had 1 pretty bad Infected run today. My torpedo-T'varo out-DPSed the whole lot of them ... combined ... by a factor of 2-3.

Biggest facepalm is when they blew up the 2nd cube seconds after the 1st. No point calling out 10% rule ... DPS was abysmal even though I bought them extra time from Nanite Spheres via GW, science spams. Had to basically do it all myself.

It is all over now ... and I can put it behind me. :)

Just did a PUG of Khitomer Vortex Elite. It was ridiculous. 2 probes got through in the beginning, it was not a good sign. One person left.

Near the end, I destroyed one gate, then I went to destroy the other. I was the only one to destroy the second gate and during that time there were 3 other players
"dealing with probes". They let 5 probes through while I was the only one taking down the last gate.

Eventually I left because I knew they couldn't handle Donatra.
