Well, I can compare character and plot development, because this film didn't invent new characters, but used old ones. So, there was very good occasion to put accent on some things other than pure action... They even tried it a bit, but they just did it a bad way...

For selling keys, I need to invest real life money. And if we consider that 1 key on the exchange costs around 4-5 millions, it means that I have to sell 100 or more keys, which means investing more or less 100 bucks. And as rule of acquisition nr. 3 clearly says: "Never spend more for an acquisition than you have to" ;)
