That's actually a brilliant idea. It pulls back a lot of the feature creep from the rep passives and rom ridiculousness in an interesting way. I vote yes to this.

The problem is the rep system. From fleet/faction gear to the rep perks it turns high level pvp into almost a simple gear check. The best PvP experience I've had in this game? Level 20-30 queues. No fleetmades stomping everyone, just enough equipment to be interesting, not so much mechanic stacking that you can build…
