Same here win 8.1 game wont run. Reinstalled Arc and Reinstalled the game and still wont run. Have Game installed on the wifes $500 POS HP and Win 10 and game runs. Installed Neverwinter and runs fine. I have 10 years of my life invested in this game.

Also tried to switch starships and when i push the button to switch it starts to load the fleet starbase map but it only loads to 40%. Then i restart the game and load that character and it goes back to the orginal ship.

I have this exact problem also KDF delta recruit I did everything you tryed and still cant get from from fleet starbase system

same issue still cant move the Enhanced Universal Tech Upgrade to account bank i want to use them on another toon that are account bound

I am having the same problem with the mission "Out in the Cold" on Zaria, I am in the room with the two transport disruptors the game crashes. Cant start in the map game crashes instantly. This is a kdf delta recruit toon.

worm@agentworm still showing character bound and there is another set in the account bank the shows character bind on equip.

I am having the same problem i unlocked it on my account two years ago and it wants 1000 photos. The raidier i can get for 40 photos.

If I lose my cable tv or internet service the company will give me a credit on my bill ! How about some love EVERY time the server crashes all Lifetime and Gold subscribers get 10,000,000 ec and 100.000 dilithium.
