Enhanced Universal Tech Upgrade bug

Item is in my account bank (and bound to account).
I cannot move it to my inventory. It stubbornly refuses to move from my account bank.
Hey devs! Let me have my item that I earned myself :(

    I have same problem except it is in my inventory and i can't move it to my bank. how about fixing it

    I too have mine in inventory and they can't be moved to account bank.

    This is a recent bug. I was able to place 4 in my account bank, then move them to one character. After doing that I can no longer move them back to the account bank or my character bank.

    Yes I got this issue as well. I cannot move them from inventory to bank, account bank, or to the R&D tab were they should have gone in the first place.

    Exact same issue here, I am unable to move the upgrader to the Account Bank.

    It is stated: Account Unlock, not bound to character. I also tried to mail it, no luck.

    I should of done the darn mission on my main first.

    Same issue here. I have bug reported it in game. They still say they're account bound.

    same issue still cant move the Enhanced Universal Tech Upgrade to account bank i want to use them on another toon that are account bound
