Can't get personal

A couple of days ago I went and got personal from my starbase personal officer General Recruitment, Tactical Officer Cadre, Engineering Officer Cadre, Science Officer Cadre, and Civil Corps Recruitment. the assignments completed as normal but now when I go back to "Submit Request for Personal" the General Recruitment, Tactical Officer Cadre, Engineering Officer Cadre, Science Officer Cadre, and Civil Corps Recruitment are grayed out so i cant get the assignments, its been about 3 or 4 days now that the other assignments finished.

    You do realise there is a 96Hr cooldown before you can repeat the mission;)

    I thought there was a cooldown but i did not think it was that long :eek:. thanks
