Good advice in general. :) My thing about communication extends to looking for noobs in trouble even if they aren't in my Fleet. Often I end up having my chat window wide open so I can look over at it. Alas I think most of my people have gotten used to just disconnecting. It's something to work on. :) Qapla'!

I will allow just one possible negative impact, and only just the one. The more people in vanity Fleets, the fewer who are available to join a larger fleet and work together. I don't care myself.
