I traded in my MK XII Romulan Engineering Fabrication kit after the fix went live and got indeed all MK XII modules. However they are blue quality while other trade-ins reward purple quality modules. Is this working as intended or a new bug?
Yes, same problem both before and after the character wipe. It seems as if the trainable skills are not unlocked when spending skill points. On my Fed or KDF toons I get a "X can now train Y" text, which I dont on my Romulans.
I can train them just fine by going to the BOFF trainer on New Romulus. However I cannot train any of my captain abilities (the ones that the BOFF trainer can't train, like FAW3). When you open the status window and select your captain, there is a button "Train Officer", which is disabled.
Or if you put the "Active ships" to shuttle you will always end up with a shuttlecraft no matter where you go. Ending up in elite infected space STF with a runabout with 6 BOFF slots was kind of an unwelcome surprise :P
