After claiming the bundle, if you go to your "Promotions" tab in the z-store, the ship will be there to be reclaimed. From what I have been reading on Reddit, the costumes are found in the "Costumes" tab in the z-store after claiming the bundle.

Although the 'claim' box is once-per-account drop, once you open it and claim the items they should be account unlocks. The uniforms don't apply to all factions or something, so I was told it's best to open and claim on a Federation captain (haven't checked that out yet though).

No, it is an account-wide unlock. Reclaimable from the Promotions Tab on all characters.

Reddit is incorrect. The costumes are account-wide unlocked, and reclaimable on all characters from the Promotions Tab as well.

I'm wondering if anyone else is having problems trying to claim the Ferengi outfits. Some characters of mine can claim them without any hassle and others get a "Unable to complete transaction: that item cannot currently be purchased" message. What makes it odd is all the characters that could claim the outfits were all under level 65 but all the others at Fleet Admiral can't.
Well, all the negative comments aside, I am grateful for anything... Although I spent Lobi on the outfits for some of my toons already, it's cool having these available and account wide. Regardless of the usability of some of the outfits on some species, the giveaway is very thoughtful and I am thankful!

Unfortunately, Romulan Republic, Dominion, and Klingon Defense Force characters can only use the Baseball outfits.

I can't open the Ferengi Entrepreneur’s Outfit and Ferengi Merchant’s Outfit boxes on my KDF characters or my FED aligned Romulan Republic characters, however I was able to open the boxes on my FED aligned Jem'Hadar character. I also had no issues with any of my FED characters, although I imagine that's expected.
As for the Latinum hull material, is that only for Ferengi ships? It would be cool if I could use it on other ships too.

I think KDF characters had an alternative to the Ferengi outfits. My original KDF character has a skirt called "Warrior Decorated" which I think I obtained from the same place as the Ferengi outfits (presumably the Lobi store) many years ago. I know it's not the Ferengi outfit, but substituting with something like that would be better than a bunch of unopenable packs.

What type of builds are you folks using on the nagus?
I have tested basic torpedo boat and BFAW builds, but they just feel sub-par.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.
For the past several months, I've been leaning heavily into consoles that favor firing cycle haste, cooldown reduction, and then passive damage boosts. Seems to be working fairly well for me so far: got through my first elite ground and space battles without dying!
I have not had a lot of time to actively game lately, so I haven't come up with any builds specifically for the Nagus, but it seems to work quite well on the "classic" beam-and-torp builds transferred over from the previous ships without any major changes. It is a nice ship overall, and the extra maneuverability compared to similarly sized ships makes them handle better than expected.

If I could ask for something extra for xmas, how about unlocking the tailor so I can use these with doffs? That's just a wish not a complaint.
