    Everyone do not pay attention to the small blinking light in the right bottom of the screen or to the feedback when you switch on your retro style radio, Nobody is listening in on your business transactions.

    Nice gift from the Grand Nagus. Once the game is back from maintenance i have to check if this ship is related to the ferengi event ship from a few years ago.

    Still nice though.
    This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

    Do I have to claim the Marauder from the promotion tab on each character so its account wide available? Or will it stay in promo tab past the date once it has been claimed?

    Is it claimable from the promotions tabs? Does it start from a specific time, as this is not indicated in the blog as previous prmos , events have been. It only just states the dates.

    I remember when this ship was given away to some players back in 2015. "Outstanding Support" earned them the chance at this freebie, but it was never revealed what "outstanding support" meant. It was clearly the amount of money some had dropped into the game yet this did cause some resentment from other players who thought they had also shown "outstanding support" yet didn't get the freebie.

    Usually, the time these sort of things starts is 10am PST/6pm UTC.

    The Blog post says "Players on all platforms will be able to claim this giveaway for any/all characters on their accounts!" but the in-game screen in the C-Store says "T6 Ferengi Nagus Marauder Battlecruiser can be claimed once per account" And judging by the fact that I can only claim it once and after claiming it on one character it now says in red "You can only acquire 'Grand Nagus Giveaway' once on your account." it seems the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is writing.

    Ignore me, I had to open the pack first.

    The initial giveaway has a countdown timer for availability, but the account-wide ship reclaim in the promotions tab does not have the countdown, so theoretically it should always be available.

    Note, open the main pack on a fed toon. The uniform packs are character bound and most can only be opened by fed characters. There is a option to reclaim the uniforms too, I am blind apparently.

    I'm told we can claim the ship/uniforms on all our characters during the promotion.

    Anyone know for sure that this means characters created AFTER the promotion won't get them? Or will it stay available to claim so long as we get it at least once now?

    Sometimes it can be hard to figure out the account "rules" on store items.

    Yes, I'm sure. The promotion is claimable once. After which, two promo boxes are made available, account-wide, to claim the ship and outfits seperately on all other characters.

    So it would have been great to put in the information that the Nagus uniforms were only usable on FED characters.

    OK, it's great to see this one working as an account unlock.
    1. Claim the "Grand Nagus Giveaway" from the "Promotions" tab;
    2. Open the "Grand Nagus Giveaway" box in your Inventory;
      • This unlocks 2 separate packs in the "Promotions" tab:
        • Ferengi Nagus Marauder - Reclaim
        • Grand Nagus Giveaway: Ferengi Outfit Boxes - Reclaim

    Do you happen to know the names of those reclaimable boxes? I did the first promotion claim, then don't see where to get it for other characters. I might just be missing it. I sometimes have a talent for looking right at things without seeing them. :)

    Is it required to *open* the first claimed box? I hesitated to do that until I'm sure I can get it on new characters, just in case it binds and I can't move it.

    Never mind. I see someone said you do have to open the box first. thanks again!

    I claimed the bundle on my first toon, now I can't find the ship and uniforms on any of my other toons. Another bug?

    Yes, you have to open the promo box on the toon that claimed it first. Then the ship reclaim and costume reclaim boxes will appear in the Promotions Tab for all other toons.

    The outfits are still in the Promotions tab. You get a box of boxes.

    We mods were talking about that as well. With luck that will also help pass it up the chain. In the meantime I'm keeping the Ferengi outfits in the bank on my KDF characters.

    Some day it would be nice if the BOFFS could wear the Ferengi costumes.
    I have refused to make a Ferengi cause of that.

    It's in the "More Details" text on the boxes. However, there's no reason at all why any humanoid couldn't wear the outfits.
    If I'm playing a Gorn, my humanoid Bridge Officers should still be able to wear them, no?
