Vulcan Bundle Giveaways bug

I saw a couple sources mention that the character unlock portion of these boxes were a bug. I'm hoping this is true and that there will be a fix to make them account unlockable before the promo period ends. Thank you!

    I saw someone posted in the forum saying this was reported on reddit but would be nice to acknowledge here. Not everyone uses reddit

    Known issue, and they are working on it.

    Thank god, i got it initially, applied it then the option disappeared entirely.

    Not all known issues are listed as known issues. The known issues list now has to do with items released during the Halloween Event.

    I still seem to have this issue, have it for a few of my characters but not all, hope it gets resolved soon, would like to finish setting up my ''Lower decks'' characters...

    AFAIK, this was never fixed to an account-wide unlock, and left only as character-specific unlocks.

    Quite annoying!

    True, especially for altaholics like me with over thirty characters and not a lot of uninterrupted time to cycle every one of them through in an orderly manner without missing any.
